The Department of Health has commissioned a public Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) library, which is currently being developed by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and Research in Practice for Adults (RiPfA). Publication of the library was expected by March 2018 but it has not yet been released. Further details can be found here.
In the meantime, below is a table of all publicly available SARs published by London Safeguarding Adults Boards (SABs). The best way to find what you are looking for is via the Search function to the right. The first row of the table shows the parameters available for each entry and should be used to narrow your search. Where SARs have not been published, a link to a Board’s most recent Annual Report is provided. The Care Act states that each SAB must produce a report on SARs both concluded and arranged within the financial year.
