Personalisation
The 2015/16 London personalisation programme consists of the following elements

- Working closer with NHSE and CCGs to ensure Londoners are engaged and involved in their own health and the health of their city

- Individual employers: Individuals across England who receive direct payments or a personal budget so that they can employ people to provide care and support in their own homes. Skills for Care have developed this page to help these indivuals and their care assistants.
- Peer support – what is it and does it work

Improving personal budgets delivery
Councils have been invited to sign up to supported use of the Personal Budgets Outcomes Evaluation Tool (POET). The latest National Personal Budget Survey(based on use of POET) was published at the NCAS conference in October. The current London programme allows for 12 councils to receive a full package of support including assistance in undertaking the survey, a report analysing findings and benchmarking with others and a facilitated workshop to use the findings for improvement planning.
