Improving personal budgets delivery

Councils have been invited to sign up to supported use of the Personal Budgets Outcomes Evaluation Tool (POET). The latest National Personal Budget Survey(based on use of POET) was published at the NCAS conference in October. The current London programme allows for 12 councils to receive a full package of support including assistance in undertaking the survey, a report analysing findings and benchmarking with others and a facilitated workshop to use the findings for improvement planning. For more information contact tim.parkin@in-control.org.uk
