‘No Voice unheard, no right ignored’ is launched, a consultation for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions”

On March 6th, the Department of Health launched ‘No Voice unheard, no right ignored’ – a consultation for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions”.  This is a consultation document seeking views on a range of  possible options for changes to the law. The main aim is to find out people’s views on how we can strengthen the rights of people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. The document and answer booklet can be found at:
