Evidence for strengths and asset-based approaches for social work practice

Webinar: Evidence for strengths and asset-based approaches for social work practice

NICE and SCIE are holding this webinar on 23 July from 1-2pm

Strengths and asset-based approaches in social work focus on what individuals and communities have and how they can work together, rather than on what individuals don’t have or can’t do. Although a growing number of social services departments have successfully adopted strengths and assets-based approaches, it can be more difficult for social workers in health and integrated care settings to apply the principles. This webinar will include practical examples of using strengths and asset-based approaches with people who have care and support needs based in health settings.

The webinar will be presented by three topic experts, all experienced social workers, and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.

If you can’t join the webinar on the day – no problem. Just sign up and we will send you the link to the recording when it is available.
