The Role of the Collaborative

Within the context of a national commitment to make integrated care and support the norm over the next five years, leaders from across London came together in July 2013 to develop a London Health and Care Integration Collaborative to support the development and deliver of integrated care across London.

The Collaborative, which is chaired by Will Tuckley, has increasingly secured momentum and joint activity across London, succeeding particularly well in bringing partners together to lay the platform for Better Care Fund planning and assurance.  Following this success, there is an opportunity to take stock of progress and develop a way of working that will add most value across the whole system.
