Transforming care for people with learning disabilities and / or autism who display behaviour that challenges, including those with a mental health condition.
Are you a leader in health or social care or allied sectors like housing or justice and you are tasked with workforce development for the Transforming Care programme for people with learning disabilities in London?
If so you can apply to take part in a three-day systems leadership programme which will help you implement the new service model and build the right support in your area.
London – two cohorts open for booking (you should aim to attend three days in total):
- Day one: Friday 24 March 2017
- Day two: Friday April 21 2017
- Day one: Monday 15 May 2017
- Day two: Thursday 15 June 2017
Day three, follow up sessions
Following the sessions for London and Kent, Surrey and Sussex there are three dates available for a follow up session at the Skills for Care London offices.
