An opportunity for senior NHS and Adult Social Care professionals to explore issues which are particularly challenging.
This advanced full day Workshop will cover an array of issues which, even those who are very knowledgeable about NHS Continuing Healthcare find difficult.
Alongside two intricate Case Studies, the day will focus on enhancing rationales for outcomes; well-managed needs; the inter-relationship between Cognition, Behaviour and Psychological and Emotional Needs; some clinical conditions which are complex to evaluate in the Decision Support Tool; and complications which can arise in assessments including when disputes occur between the NHS and Adult Social Care.
This Workshop is intended for professionals who have substantial experience in NHS Continuing Healthcare. It is not suitable for individuals who have recently started in this field of work or have limited knowledge.
A lively and interactive day will be led by Jane Reynolds (Chair, Independent Review Process, London region) whose national training events always been described as both stimulating and enjoyable by the thousands of people who have attended her training events.
