As part of Government’s response to the House of Lords Scrutiny Report on the Mental Capacity Act (including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) last year SCIE have been engaged to establish a Directory providing access to information and good practice in relation to the MCA and DoLS. The website was launched last week.
