This report presents the findings from research into the peer support and review elements of the Towards Excellence in Adult Social Care (TEASC) programme, undertaken by Shared Intelligence (Si) and commissioned by the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS). The research took place between October 2014 and May 2015.
