On Friday 29th June we are running a Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Study Day at St Christopher’s Hospice, to explore the impact of the MCA in Palliative Care and End of Life. Speakers include Alex Ruck-Keane, Steve Chamberlain, Professor Rob George and we will be facilitating case-study groups in the afternoon around restraint at end of life, ‘unwise’ decisions, and patients with a psychiatric history.
