The Safeguarding Adults at Risk Audit Tool has been developed by the London Chairs of Safeguarding Adult Boards Network and NHS England London. The aim of this audit tool is to provide all organisations in the borough with a consistent framework to assess, monitor and/or improve their safeguarding adult arrangements.
The Law Commission are keen to receive your views on the assumptions contained in the document and any relevant data they have not mentioned. This is a living document and they will be revising it when the final report is published in 2016.
