London ADASS Branch
The LondonADASS Branch brings together all Directors of Adult Social Services in London and enables them to share good practice and raise any issues or concerns they have. It acts as a support mechanism for directors and helps sustain effective communications across LondonADASS. Roles and responsibilities are outlined in the LondonADASS Branch Terms of Reference.
The Branch’s role is:
- To have oversight of the London Work Programme through the governance of the LondonADASS Advisory Board
- To promote high standards of Adult Social Care Services
- To enable directors to lead on areas of the work programme by supporting networks and task & finish groups
- To act as a forum for information sharing and prioritising key challenges.
